One Fur More ("we", "us", or "our") operates onefurmore.com, a service that creates custom memorial songs and permanent memorial pages for beloved pets. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Quiz responses: When you create a memorial, we collect your pet's name, type, breed, the memories and personality traits you share, your preferred musical style, voice preference, and loss context. This information is used to write and generate the memorial song.
Contact information: Your email address (required) and phone number (optional, if you opt in to SMS notifications).
Photo: If you choose to upload a photo of your pet, it is stored securely and displayed on the memorial page.
Payment information: We use Stripe for payment processing. We never see or store your credit card number — Stripe handles all payment data securely.
Technical data: We collect standard analytics data (page visits, browser type, referring URL) via our analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use our site.

Memorial pages are noindexed — they are blocked from search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) and AI crawlers. Your pet's memorial page will never appear in search results. Only people with the direct link can visit the page.
You can choose to make the memorial page public (anyone with the link can visit) or private (only you can see it). You can change this setting at any time by contacting us.
If your memorial page includes a tribute wall, visitors who have the link can leave messages. These messages are visible to anyone who visits the memorial page. Messages are moderated before becoming permanent.
Memorial pages are hosted permanently — that's our promise. Your pet's song, story, and memorial page will remain online for as long as One Fur More operates. If we ever cease operations, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and the option to download all content.
Quiz responses and email data for non-purchasing visitors are retained for 60 days for recovery purposes, then deleted.
We use essential cookies (to remember your quiz progress if you navigate away) and analytics cookies (to understand traffic sources). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
We use Facebook Pixel and Google Ads for our own marketing attribution. This means Facebook and Google may receive information that you visited our site. We do not share your pet's name, memories, or personal information with these platforms.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@onefurmore.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
