These terms govern your use of onefurmore.com ("the Service") operated by One Fur More ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
One Fur More creates custom memorial songs for deceased pets. When you complete the quiz and pay for a memorial, you receive: (1) a personalized memorial song in MP3 format, (2) a permanent memorial page hosted at onefurmore.com/memory/[slug], (3) a tribute wall where family and friends can leave messages, and (4) optionally, a lyrics PDF and instrumental version depending on your purchase tier.
We provide a free preview of the memorial song before payment. The preview is a partial version of the full song. You are under no obligation to purchase after hearing the preview. The preview itself is not downloadable and cannot be shared.
Payment is processed through Stripe. The price is displayed on the confirmation page before you pay. All prices are in USD. Payment is one-time — there is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no renewal fee. The memorial page remains hosted at no additional cost.
Because you hear a free preview before paying, all sales are final. If the full song has a technical defect (corrupted file, wrong song, etc.), we will fix it or refund you. Contact hello@onefurmore.com within 7 days of purchase if there is a technical issue.
We host memorial pages permanently — for as long as One Fur More operates. "Permanently" means we have no plans to take the page down and no expiration date. If we ever cease operations, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and the option to download all content (song, lyrics, story, tributes).
Memorial pages are blocked from search engines. Only people with the direct link can visit. You are responsible for sharing the link with people you want to have access.
Visitors who have the memorial page link can leave messages on the tribute wall. We moderate messages before they become permanent. We reserve the right to remove messages that are abusive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate. We are not liable for the content of user-submitted tributes.
You grant One Fur More a non-exclusive license to use the memories, photos, and information you provide to create the memorial song and page. This includes using the lyrics and story on the memorial page and in the song itself.
You confirm that the memories and photos you share are yours to share, and that you have the right to create a memorial for the pet in question.
The memorial song is generated using AI music technology. You receive a personal license to the song for personal, non-commercial use. You may download it, stream it, share the memorial page, and play it for family and friends. You may not sell, license, or distribute the song commercially.
One Fur More retains the right to use excerpts of the song in marketing materials (e.g., as a sample on the website), unless you request otherwise by emailing hello@onefurmore.com.
You agree not to: (1) use the Service to create memorials for pets you did not own or know, (2) submit false or misleading information, (3) attempt to access other users' memorial pages without permission, (4) scrape or copy content from the Service, or (5) use the Service for any illegal purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the memorial.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
